New York City Public Service Corps
The New York City Public Service Corps (PSC) is the nation’s first and largest off-campus internship program offering paid and academic credit undergrad and graduate internships. These internships are contemporary and authentic resume-builders that guide students’ careers and access to City agency employment.
Established in 1966, the program has strong private and institutional partnerships with the Federal Work-Study program. PSC partnerships include more than 100 colleges, 100,000 student alumni, with current intern placement for more than 250 students with need annually, and with the highest number of civil service alumni.
The PSC offers two types of internships to undergraduate and graduate students: Work-Study Internships & Academic Credit Internships.
