Whenever I asked my daughters how their scholarships application process was going, they would always get very defensive and feel like I was nagging. Our Imagine Scholarship Coach, Sherri, was a gentle, encouraging “outside” person, who could ask them how they were doing and nudge them in the right direction, without my daughters feeling like they were being “nagged”.
